This feature is for users who wish to save their project activity searches.
Open the specific project for which you want to save a search.- Go to the "Activities" tab.
- Click the "Advance Filters" button on the right sight of the page to access full range of filtering tools.
- Adjust and apply filters as needed until the activity list reflects the exact details to your liking.
- Once your filters are applied, click "Save Search" .
- A new window will open and you can now assign a descriptive name to your search. Once this step is complete, click " Run and Save search".
From this window, you can choose to enable email notifications by checking the box that says " Send email notification alerts"
Tip: All saved searches will be made available at the bookmark icon on the left side of your screen.
