This is for firm administrators who want to configure Single Sign-On for their users via Microsoft Entra.
Note: To complete the steps below, you will need access to Microsoft Entra and the ability to manage Enterprise Applications for your organization.
Step 1: Contact your DealCloser CSM to initiate the setup process
Your CSM will provide you with two pieces of information you will need in the the next step:
- Identifier (Entity ID)
- Reply URL
Step 2: Create an Enterprise Application in Microsoft Entra
- Create an Enterprise Application (Non-gallery) in Entra and name it "DealCloser"
- Click "Single sign-on" under the "Manage" heading, then select "SAML". You should see the following screen

- From this screen, click "Edit" next to #1 - "Basic SAML Configuration"
- Add values for the following fields based on the information provided by your DealCloser CSM, then hit "Save"
- Identifier (Entity ID)

- Reply URL
- Example: https://auth.dealcloser.com/samlv2/acs
- Identifier (Entity ID)
Step 3: Contact your CSM to enable SSO and test
- The final step involves sending two pieces of information to your DealCloser CSM to complete the process:
- From under #3 - "SAML Certificates", send the Certificate (Base64) file
- From under #4 - "Set up DealCloser", send the value for Login URL
